What is the shipping cost? 📦💲
I ship all orders registered with "Swiss Post" and with a tracking number.
Shipping costs:
-European countries and Russia 10.50 CHF
-USA, Canada, Australia and other countries 13.50 CHF
-Switzerland and Liechtenstein 2.40 CHF

How long is the delivery time? ⏳
Estimated delivery times vary, sometimes it can be very fast and if you are unlucky it stays in a distribution center for a long time .
✈️ 7-14 days estimated delivery for Europe (EU/only those with IOSS/VAT number)
✈️ 7-21 days estimated delivery for USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan
✈️ 1-8 weeks estimated delivery for everywhere else
If there are any delays at customs during the shipping process, that will increase the shipping time than what's stated above. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
When will you ship my order? 📩
The order will be shipped after 3-5 business days (weekend not included).
For pre-orders, depending on the order quantity, it may take longer until they are shipped.
Where is my order?? It has not arrived yet. 😱
Once your package is delivered to the post office, it is unfortunately out of my hands.
But you can track your package here, I always ship orders by registered mail and with a tracking number.
The postal service in Switzerland is very dependable but once it leaves the country it is in another postal service's hands. Depending on where you are located, shipping can take up to 1 to 2 months.
Do I have to pay customs and import taxes?
International buyers are fully responsible for any custom fees that might occur upon receiving their order. EU and UK customers without IOSS/VAT number will need to pay VAT on their own upon delivery.
Can I ask for a refund?
As long as your package has not been shipped I can offer a refund for your order
Do you accept returns?
I don't accept any returns or exchanges. But if there's something wrong with your item or if you received the wrong figurine please contact me here.
I mistakenly put the wrong address on my order! Can I change it?
If your order has not been shipped out, I can correct the address on your order. However, if your order has already been shipped, I cannot change it and I cannot be held responsible if the order is sent to the wrong address or lost in transit due to a wrong address on the buyer's part.
Returned orders can be re-shipped for the initial additional/shipping fee paid by the customer.
